Sweet Maria's: A great supplier for green coffee.  The country, grade, region, mark, processing, year, appearance, and cultivar are documented.  Most of the coffee is of the highest grade available, and the coffee sells for half the regular price.  Assessment of the fragrance, aroma, acidity, body, flavor, and aftertaste is given as well as roasting tips.  Tom, the owner, also sells a sizeable amount of home roasting equipment.
